Evocative ridges that suggest the sipples and waves of the ocean and a slightly scalloped edge give this cowl an organic feel. The overlapping moss stitch edge opens only to the second button to fit snugly on the face and still allow a chin to poke through.

Lion Brand Wool Ease , 80% acrylic 20% wool, 197 yard /180m per 3 ounce ball, colour: Seaspray, 1 ball

Needles:

One set US9, 5.5mm straight needles OR 1 size US 9, 5.5mm 24 inch circular needle

Gauge:

14sts and 20 rows = 4 inches in stockinette
